WEB DESIGN TRENDS 2020

For all those who create with Word Press, the WordCamp Sofia 2019 conference is a special and must-attend event. On November 10, 2019, the long-awaited conference, organized by WordCamp Sofia, took place in the John Atanasov Hall in Sofia Tech Park.

Svetlana Tsoneva, founder and creative director of Pixel House, gave a lecture on Web Design Trends 2020. In it, she talked about the new trends in web design and what are the mandatory elements in a site to be relevant in 2020. Thanks to the audience for the interest shown and the questions after the lecture and during the entire conference.

To be relevant on the web in 2020, Svetlana recommends emphasizing asymmetrical design, animated .svg icons, large typography and solid, even bright colors. Accentuate with light animations and 3D effect cuts developed for the brand. Respect the corporate identity and stick to the vision and messages of the brand. Responsive design for all devices is mandatory, not only for 2020, it should be structured even when creating the web design.
