Project Assignment
Preparation of an offer
Fill in information about the terms of reference on the website here. Based on the information received about the project, we will prepare a price offer for you and send it to you by e-mail.

Conditions for starting the project
Signing a contract and advance payment
After the approval of the sent offer, we proceed to the signing of a contract between the two parties. For the preparation of the contract, we will ask you to provide us with the following information: company data, valid BG number, contact person and email address for correspondence. After signing the contract, we will issue a proforma invoice for an advance payment of 50%, after which we will start work on the project.

We will be happy to meet and discuss the project you want to develop together. We will comment on what type of site it will offer / What goods and services it will offer / Guidelines for the design of the site by the client / Viewing and discussing sites that you like (competitive, sites of foreign companies) / Selection of functionalities that you like and want them to be present on your site / Discussion of colors, appearance, functionality, corporate identity, etc. Based on this information, if necessary, we help you build the architecture and structure of the content of the site.

Resources from the customer
Logo, photos, text content for the project and more
In order to start the development, we will need a few mandatory elements for your company. Logo – if the company has a developed and functioning logo (brand identity), please send it to us in vector format (.pdf, .eps, .ai). If you do not have one or want us to redesign yours, we can offer you assistance and send you an offer for the development of a Corporate Identity. We begin our work on the website after receiving all the content from you that you wish to be posted on your website. The content is submitted in a document prepared by us, which we send you and fill out. Everyone working on the project will have access to the document and will be able to add content in real time. Noting the most important highlights for your business in the texts that you want us to emphasize when styling the texts and visualizing them on the website (distinguished from the rest of the text with Bold, Italic or CAPS LOCK). Photo material – sending images and photos by the client for the purposes of website design. If you have purchased a domain and hosting, please provide us with server access details. If we need additional information, we will inform you before the start of the project.

Stylistics, design and vision of the site
We create an initial design of the home or other page and an internal page of the website based on the information you receive (texts, images, contacts, location). We send you the design for comments and approval. After receiving feedback, we make the necessary changes and again await approval. After the final approval of the design and stylistics of the site by you, we develop the design of the rest of the pages and send them back for approval. Depending on whether we are only developing a web design for you or designing and developing a complete site, the design can be sent either as an image or as a working link to look at as functionality as well.

Production of the entire project
Design, production and uploading of content
After approval by the client, we develop the rest of the categories of the site. We implement all the functionality and additional modules, upload a large part of the content and test the behavior of the site on various mobile devices. We make adjustments and consult with the client throughout almost the entire process. Communication and transparency through the process are important to us in order to have good and working results at the end of the project.

Finalizing the project
Uploading the site to your domain and hosting
After the site is ready and finally approved, the client receives a detailed report on the services performed and the time spent by e-mail. We also send you a proforma invoice for the remaining amount of the project. After paying the invoice, we upload the site to the main domain. We make a training course or video tutorial for working with the platform and uploading the content so that the client can administer his site himself.
