Protection of personal data

 

1. General

1.1. Personal data provided both by the Client and by third parties, such as state and international authorities competent for fraud prevention, about the Client are stored in electronic form in personal data registers with a high degree of security of communications, security and access control.

1.2. Customer should read this Privacy Policy carefully to become familiar with Pixel House™’s views and practices regarding Customer’s personal data, how it is used, and how Pixel House™ treats it. If Customer does not agree to this Privacy Policy, Customer must not use the services provided by Pixel House™. By providing personal information to Pixel House™ and maintaining a relationship with Pixel House™ after Customer has already read this Privacy Policy, Pixel House™ will assume that Customer has consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information about Customer in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy, unless Customer expressly notifies Pixel House™ to the contrary.

1.3. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time as a result of new features being added to Pixel House™ products, legislative changes, or other legal reasons. Pixel House™ may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the Website. The revised version will be deemed to have entered into force from the moment of publication. If the Client does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Client may terminate the use of the Service at any time.

2. Collection of information

2.1. In order to use the Pixel House™ Service, Customer must provide corporate data as well as personal data to their representative. The requested information is necessary for Pixel House™ to identify the Customer and its legal status, to properly provide the services, for accounting and statistical purposes, and for the purposes of marketing and advertising service improvements or the creation of new services.

2.2. In the event that the Customer sends Pixel House™ correspondence, including emails, Pixel House™ will retain this information in the Customer’s file. Pixel House™ will also store correspondence regarding the service provided to Customer, as well as other correspondence arising from Pixel House™ to Customer. Pixel House™ will store this data for the purpose of evaluating and improving the service provided to the Customer, as well as to investigate possible violations of the terms of service. In addition, Customer’s phone calls to Pixel House™ and Pixel House™ calls to Customer may be monitored and/or recorded for service improvement and security purposes.

2.3. In order to comply with its legal obligations to prevent infringement, including, but not limited to, copyright infringement and/or to protect all of its Customers from damages, Pixel House™ may obtain Customer information from third parties, including corporate and financial history, court decisions and insolvency data, from credit reports, and from law enforcement authorities.

2.4. In addition to personal information provided by the Customer or acquired by third parties, the Pixel House™ Website may use technologies that allow Pixel House™ to collect certain technical information, such as IP addresses; the operating system installed on the Client’s computer; the type of Internet browser that the Client uses; data on the transfer of information; location, login to the network; and other communication data relating to Customer when required by Pixel House™ for risk and security control purposes, compliance with regulatory obligations, inventory, or other lawful purposes.

3. Provision of information and consents to the Client

3.1. By confirming his/her request to use the service, the Client expressly agrees within the meaning of Art. 4, para. 1, item 2 of the PDPA with the processing by Pixel House™ of all data provided by it and/or lawfully acquired by Pixel House™ for the purposes described above and its use in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

3.2. By providing an e-mail address and/or telephone number, the Client expressly gives his/her prior consent within the meaning of Art. 6 of the Electronic Commerce Act to receive from Pixel House™ commercial communications related to the service and/or other services provided by Pixel House™ and/or its partners.

4. Disclosure of information

4.1. Pixel House™ will not sell or provide any personal information to third parties in violation of its legal obligations. Pixel House™ will only provide access to Customer’s personal data to those employees who need it to be able to provide the Pixel House™ services. Pixel House™ may disclose Customer’s personal information to any member of the Pixel House™ group, which means any subsidiary or other affiliated company with Pixel House™, the parent company and its affiliated subsidiaries established in countries in the European Economic Area. This may be necessary for Pixel House™, among other purposes, to comply with Customer’s requests, provide support services, and monitor for breaches of terms.

4.2. Pixel House™ will disclose information about Customer in the event that Pixel House™ has an obligation to do so under applicable law. Such disclosure includes, but is not limited to, personal information and the content of correspondence to: the court; the police; security services; the competent state and intergovernmental or supranational authorities; competent agencies (other than tax authorities), ministries and regulatory authorities. In the event that incorrect or inaccurate information is provided by the Customer and a violation of the law is established, Pixel House™ will transmit data to fraud prevention authorities and law enforcement authorities will access and use this information. Pixel House™ and other organizations may access and use this information (including information from other countries) to prevent fraud or money laundering.

5. Security and information protection

Pixel House™ assumes the responsibility to ensure the security of the Customer’s data. To prevent unauthorized access to information or disclosure of information, Pixel House™ maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable privacy regulations. Pixel House™ restricts access to Customer’s personally identifiable information to employees who need that information in order for Pixel House™ to provide Customer’s products and services.

6. reCAPTCHA protection

To protect against abuse (e.g. spam, automated requests), on this site we use the Google reCAPTCHA v3 service provided by Google LLC.

reCAPTCHA analyzes user behavior in real-time to determine whether the request was made by a human or a bot. This includes collecting certain data such as IP address, mouse movements, length of stay on the site, etc., in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service .

reCAPTCHA is activated only after explicit consent to cookies, according to the CookieYes settings. The data collected via reCAPTCHA is used solely for the purpose of protecting the website from malicious activity.

7. Access and modification of data by the Client

7.1. The Client may access the personal data provided to Pixel House™ and make the changes to such data desired by the Client at any time by making a written request to the Data Protection Coordinator of the Privacy Coordinator referred to in clause 6.2. below is an email address.
