General<\/b><\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>1.1.<\/b>  Personal data provided both by the Client and by third parties, such as state and international authorities competent for fraud prevention, about the Client are stored in electronic form in personal data registers with a high degree of security of communications, security and access control.<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>1.2.<\/b>  Customer should read this Privacy Policy carefully to become familiar with Pixel House\u2122&#8217;s views and practices regarding Customer&#8217;s personal data, how it is used, and how Pixel House\u2122 treats it. If Customer does not agree to this Privacy Policy, Customer must not use the services provided by Pixel House\u2122. By providing personal information to Pixel House\u2122 and maintaining a relationship with Pixel House\u2122 after Customer has already read this Privacy Policy, Pixel House\u2122 will assume that Customer has consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information about Customer in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy, unless Customer expressly notifies Pixel House\u2122 to the contrary.  <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>1.3.<\/b>  This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time as a result of new features being added to Pixel House\u2122 products, legislative changes, or other legal reasons. Pixel House\u2122 may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the Website. The revised version will be deemed to have entered into force from the moment of publication. If the Client does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Client may terminate the use of the Service at any time.   <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2. Collection of information<\/b><\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2.1.<\/b>  In order to use the Pixel House\u2122 Service, Customer must provide corporate data as well as personal data to their representative. The requested information is necessary for Pixel House\u2122 to identify the Customer and its legal status, to properly provide the services, for accounting and statistical purposes, and for the purposes of marketing and advertising service improvements or the creation of new services. <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2.2.<\/b>  In the event that the Customer sends Pixel House\u2122 correspondence, including emails, Pixel House\u2122 will retain this information in the Customer&#8217;s file. Pixel House\u2122 will also store correspondence regarding the service provided to Customer, as well as other correspondence arising from Pixel House\u2122 to Customer. Pixel House\u2122 will store this data for the purpose of evaluating and improving the service provided to the Customer, as well as to investigate possible violations of the terms of service. In addition, Customer&#8217;s phone calls to Pixel House\u2122 and Pixel House\u2122 calls to Customer may be monitored and\/or recorded for service improvement and security purposes.   <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2.3.<\/b>  In order to comply with its legal obligations to prevent infringement, including, but not limited to, copyright infringement and\/or to protect all of its Customers from damages, Pixel House\u2122 may obtain Customer information from third parties, including corporate and financial history, court decisions and insolvency data, from credit reports, and from law enforcement authorities.<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2.4.<\/b>  In addition to personal information provided by the Customer or acquired by third parties, the Pixel House\u2122 Website may use technologies that allow Pixel House\u2122 to collect certain technical information, such as IP addresses; the operating system installed on the Client&#8217;s computer; the type of Internet browser that the Client uses; data on the transfer of information; location, login to the network; and other communication data relating to Customer when required by Pixel House\u2122 for risk and security control purposes, compliance with regulatory obligations, inventory, or other lawful purposes.<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>3. Provision of information and consents to the Client<\/b><\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>3.1.<\/b> By confirming his\/her request to use the service, the Client expressly agrees within the meaning of Art. 4, para. 1, item 2 of the PDPA with the processing by Pixel House\u2122 of all data provided by it and\/or lawfully acquired by Pixel House\u2122 for the purposes described above and its use in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>3.2.<\/b> By providing an e-mail address and\/or telephone number, the Client expressly gives his\/her prior consent within the meaning of Art. 6 of the Electronic Commerce Act to receive from Pixel House\u2122 commercial communications related to the service and\/or other services provided by Pixel House\u2122 and\/or its partners.<\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>4. Disclosure of information<\/b><\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>4.1.<\/b>  Pixel House\u2122 will not sell or provide any personal information to third parties in violation of its legal obligations. Pixel House\u2122 will only provide access to Customer&#8217;s personal data to those employees who need it to be able to provide the Pixel House\u2122 services. Pixel House\u2122 may disclose Customer&#8217;s personal information to any member of the Pixel House\u2122 group, which means any subsidiary or other affiliated company with Pixel House\u2122, the parent company and its affiliated subsidiaries established in countries in the European Economic Area. This may be necessary for Pixel House\u2122, among other purposes, to comply with Customer&#8217;s requests, provide support services, and monitor for breaches of terms.   <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>4.2.<\/b>  Pixel House\u2122 will disclose information about Customer in the event that Pixel House\u2122 has an obligation to do so under applicable law. Such disclosure includes, but is not limited to, personal information and the content of correspondence to: the court; the police; security services; the competent state and intergovernmental or supranational authorities; competent agencies (other than tax authorities), ministries and regulatory authorities. In the event that incorrect or inaccurate information is provided by the Customer and a violation of the law is established, Pixel House\u2122 will transmit data to fraud prevention authorities and law enforcement authorities will access and use this information. Pixel House\u2122 and other organizations may access and use this information (including information from other countries) to prevent fraud or money laundering.   <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>5. Security and information protection<\/b><\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pixel House\u2122 assumes the responsibility to ensure the security of the Customer&#8217;s data. To prevent unauthorized access to information or disclosure of information, Pixel House\u2122 maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable privacy regulations. Pixel House\u2122 restricts access to Customer&#8217;s personally identifiable information to employees who need that information in order for Pixel House\u2122 to provide Customer&#8217;s products and services.  <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"496\"><strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"496\">6. reCAPTCHA protection<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"645\">To protect against abuse (e.g. spam, automated requests), on this site we use the <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"616\">Google reCAPTCHA v3<\/strong> service provided by Google LLC.<\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"1039\">reCAPTCHA analyzes user behavior in real-time to determine whether the request was made by a human or a bot. This includes collecting certain data such as IP address, mouse movements, length of stay on the site, etc., in accordance with the <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"967\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and Google <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1028\">Terms of Service<\/a> . <\/p>&#13;\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1249\">reCAPTCHA is activated <strong data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1106\">only after explicit consent to cookies<\/strong>, according to the CookieYes settings.
